Q provides a virtual queueing system for transport sector specifically in transport terminals. With the system, commuters can queue using the app and be provided timely updates when they will be served given the availability and arrival times of transportation modes in the terminals. With the app, people do not need to physically stand in queue in transport terminals to wait for their turn to be served. They can make their booking offsite using a mobile phone or onsite using a gadget that will be made available for users in the terminal.
